Starting at $1,000-$1,500 | 4 weeks before wedding
For intimate celebrations with 10 guests or fewer. Designed for couples who want their small-scale event to feel deeply personal and beautifully seamless.
Includes:
4-6 hours of on-sight coordination
Coordination of key celebration elements (ceremony, dinner, cake cutting, speeches, etc.)
On-sight management of event flow
All “Always Included” services
Day-Of Wedding Coordination
Starting at $1,500-$1,800 | 4 weeks before wedding
For couples who’ve planned the wedding and need us to run the show. We’ll make sure every detail flows seamlessly.
Includes:
8 hours of on-sight coordination
One walkthrough at event venue(s)
Final month vendor confirmation and day-of coordination
Wedding ceremony rehersal
Oversight of setup and breakdown of wedding-day decor

Signature Coordination
Starting at $2,000-$2,800 | 8 weeks before wedding
Our Signature service for couples who want expert hands on deck in the final stretch. Designed to deliver calm, clarity, and confidence leading up to the big day
Includes:
8-10 hours of day-of coordination
One walkthrough at event venue(s)
Vendor meetings, confirmations, and day-of coordination
Wedding ceremony rehearsal
Assistance with decor vision and on-sight decor placement
Distribution of gratuities and final payments to vendors (on behalf of couple)

Planning Partnership
Starting at $3,200-$3,800 | 12 weeks before wedding
For couples with a vision who want a trusted partner to help refine, align, and bring it all together. We’ll elevate your plans with expert guidance.
Includes:
8-12 hours of on-sight coordination
Personalized planning timeline
Site visit(s) to venue and relevant locations
Vendor recommendations, booking assistance, and coordination
Up to 3 planning check-in meetings
Creative vision support for wedding decor (design board creation, Pinterest curation, etc.)
Wedding ceremony rehearsal
Distribution of gratuities and final payments to vendors (on behalf of the couple)

Signature Full Planning
Full-service planning is currently only available by invitation for friends, family, and longtime clients. If that sounds like you—let’s talk!
